Disqualification of McDonald Mariga from Kibra by-election race by The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has been a calculated move engineered by H.E Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila  Odinga. The footballer has been kicked out of the race on grounds that his name could not be found in the 2017 voters register while Article 99 of Kenyan Constitution only require the aspirant to be registered as a voter without stipulating time of registration. I think it's unworthy to discuss Kieleweke politics as I consider it powerless as it lack direction and is lead by first time political jokers irrelevant in politics without mentioning either the name of H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, H.E William Ruto or Hon Raila Odinga. Nevertheless am going to predict it's near death and exile of it's leaders into Political Oblivion in the next two years or so as I think its on its death bed fighting for relevance and a local legacy! In Kenya, Party Politics is a matter of rewarding Loyalty and taming or punishing any deviant party member as Kenyan Political Parties have excessive Coercive Power. In so doing, if H.E William Ruto succeed to be the Jubilee Party leader, automatically  he will have a say in the Jubilee Party nominations. All Tanga Tanga leaders will top the list followed by new entrants inexperienced politicians whose Ruto will have nothing to fear from them as will be harmless and depend entirely on him for their election. Its Constitutionally placed here and any attempt to merge it or submerge it will be null and void and will be faced by stiff resistance both lawful and unlawful! If need arise we will go to Kangema Law Courts, Muranga Law Courts, Nyeri High Court, Milimani Law Courts, Supreme Court of Kenya or even International Court of Justice!
