Candidates Elections Rules Interpreted

MPs and senators who lost their seats to MCAs and never petitioned the Elections are currently blaming their brains which couldn't comprehend the 200 pages constitution or their advisors after High Court has nullified the election of Gatundu North MP Hon Anne Wangari Kibe as she was still an MCA when contesting.
Also the Governors who lost to their Senators!

my 2017 argument and understanding of the constitution still remains;

an MCA doesn't qualify to contest for any other seat apart from Gubernatorial Seat unless he or she resigns before February 8 in Elections year.

A Governor is only qualified to contest for an MCA seat and does not qualified to contest for any parliamentary or presidency seat unless resigns by February 8 in Elections year.

A Senator or an MP is only qualified to contest for parliamentary or presidency seat but is not qualified to contest for an MCA or Gubernatorial Seat unless resigns before February 8 in Elections year.

Gubernatorial Seat has a two terms limit! You can't serve as a Deputy Governor or Governor for more than two terms. A Governor who have served for two terms can serve as a Deputy Governor for additional two terms and a Deputy Governor who has served for two terms as Deputy Governor can serve as Governor for additional two terms.

Presidency has a two terms limit! You can't serve as a Deputy President or President for more than two terms. A president who have served for two terms can serve as a Deputy President for additional two terms and a Deputy President who has served for two terms as Deputy President can serve as president for additional two terms.

Governors aspiring for presidency seats must resign by February 8 2022 upon which Deputy Governors assume their offices!
